Nima Architecture is an independent studio that offers architectural services, interior design solutions and 3D visualisation services for clients internationally. 

We are a young and vibrant team, passionate about architecture, interior design and technology. We operate remotely shifting between London, UK and Chania, Greece. We treat each project as a separate piece of art and pay attention to the finest details.

Our mission is to bring a friendly and enjoyable approach to the design process and help homeowners design, refresh or extend their properties. In parallel, we assist design firms with high quality 3D visualisations, revealing the various design options and producing marketing materials. Niki Maragkoudaki

Architect and Founder

Niki completed her MArch (Hons) at the Technical University of Crete, Greece and since then she has worked for well-known Greek and British design practices. She is a fully qualified Architect in the UK (ARB) with 5 years of work experience in London in the residential field. Niki is also a member of the Chamber of Architects in Greece (TEE). In 2020 she obtained her qualifications as a certified Interior Designer from the British College of Interior Design.

Katerina Maragkoudaki

Structural Engineer - Greece

Katerina completed her MEng at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2005. Throughout her career, she has worked for recognised structural consultancies and construction sites in Crete, Greece, whilst maintaining her private practice. She specialises in the following fields in Greece:
